When the keycode was deactivated from the device, it is also been deactivated from the system. You have to login to CMS and find for the Keycode List and sort it by deactivated keycode and you will find the keycode there.

Copy the Keycode and add it back into CMS. Now you can keyin back in the other device to continue using it.
