To view Report or Customer information, please follow below steps.

1. Login to your CMS

2. Tap on the Plugin Name (on your left-hand side) called Simple Survey

3. Click on option Simple Survey CMS

4. Tap on Content and Response List

*You may export the report into Excel file format. Just click "Export To Excel" button.
