Collect customer or visitiors information via 2 methods:

1. Enter Personal Information Direct from i3D Panel

• After device has scan the the body temperature, customer has to enter the information such as Name and Mobile number
• System will record all details with body temperature for viewing under CMS

2. QR Code Scan

• After device has scan the the body temperature, customer has to scan the QR Code published on i3D screen
• User has to enter the details from their own phone or device
• With this feature you can customize customer information form via CMS
