New features added in Queue Systems Version 2 cover below main funtion:

1.Service
-User able to add services based on their business culture.

2.Counter
-Set counter name
-Admin can select/set service priority
-Can customize/upload queue calling voice
-One counter can serve/handle more than 1 service based on admin setting

3.Operator
-User will have their login information
-Optional to select their counter
-Can recall,skip queue number or transfer queue number to other service/counter
-Pickup/call queue number from other counter/service.
-See queue waiting time from other service.

4.User
-See queue waiting list
-Give feedback by click emoji icon & message
